NEEDS MORE REMODELING AND WIFI SO I CAN USE THE INTERNET WHILE WAITING FOR MY FOOD INSTEAD OF LOOKING AT MY PIX AND VIDEOS THE WHOLE TIME....

Pizza was better than most in Jackson but Brooklyn Square and Federiccis(Howell) to me are much better.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I asked if they could replace ham with pepperoni in a calzone, and got charged $1.50 extra. That in itself is crazy, plus I wasn't told until I picked it up. When I questioned it the owner he was quite patronizing. Its not stated on the menu and I suggested the girl should have told me when I asked at the time I placed the order. He said they've been doing it for years and no one complains. I stated, "But I am". He nastily asked if I wanted to cancel it which I said no, but you have lost a customer. His reply was "So what. Its only one person". I've been a long time customer for years because of the location, but I will go a little farther to Inzillos now where the food is just as good, if not better, but with amazing customer service. To top it off, when I got home, the calzone was greasy and overcooked.

Always great service, in house and over the phone, especially in these times. Freshest quality ingredients as well. No complaint here what so ever. And they will cater to your own taste(if it's on the menu they'll make it happen, eg; cheese tortellini in a bolognese sauce... Highly recommend!) Trust these folks to Fred you well.

Food is decent. But dont come early for your food for pick up. Almost everytime I go there its packed with kids who apparently work there but just sit around talking. When I went to walk out this past time I almost ran into said teens. No "I'm sorry" or anything at all. Just ignored my presence and went about their day. Again, food is decent but the pizzeria side feels a bit....unprofessional. for sure would never eat food in house. Order out is good tho. Opt for delivery though..

Used to be good. Ordered Sicilian pie today. Crust was old (like old breadcrumbs) and overcooked. Sauce had little flavor. Moving on.

Usually don't go out of my way to write a review online unless I really like the food. Anyways I ordered dinners which were really good. It was rigatoni bolognese and veal saltimboca. However the star of the show were the two pizzas I ordered. It was a margarita pizza which in my personal opinion is eaten best when ordered thin crust , well done. The second pie no one else gets right, besides Emilios! It is a eggplant rollentini pizza. It is tasteful and has a very satisfying unique flavor.

They had a problem honoring their own coupon, then charged me extra for requesting extra garlic! When I questioned the bill , I was told to leave and not come back !!!!!!!Not sure who this man was, but nasty and rude!!!!

I usually don't order regular food from strip mall pizza joints because they usually survive on selling pizzas, but I was super impressed with their food off the regular menu. Pesto sauce is incredible. Entrees come with salad and bread, both very fresh, and the bread seemed (and tasted) homemade. House salad dressing is ridiculously good if they don't, they should bottle and sell it from the store. I'm new to Jackson and have been trying to find a local place that is as good as some of the Italian places by the shore and this is it. Looking forward to trying other items in the future.

We've lived in Jackson for less than a year, but have probably ordered from Emilio's at least 50 times already! The sicilian pizza is incredible, the eggplant parm, the meatball parm, calzones... every time so good!! And delivery is fast and hot. And nice people on top of all the good food.

Disappointed with the quality of the pizza lately . You call and they tell you 20 minutes and I got there in 10 minutes and it was ready . I think they half cook it Pryor then just reheat it . Its only warm , when it should be burning hot . This has happened four time so it's time for a change . I'd give a zero Star if they had one .

I love their pizzas, especially cheesesteak slice.

Great second location to Tom's River location. One slice to eat there was pretty good for being so late.

The cook needs to learn how to make Caesar salad....here's a hint...IT DOESN'T HAVE TOMATOES. Lucky I looked because I'm allergic, I shouldn't have had to check though.

In the 15 years I have lived in Jackson, I have probably ordered from Emilio's well over a hundred times. What I experienced last evening infuriated me. I was quoted $31.35 for a delivery and the delivery guy insisted it was $34.35. Insisted!! Multiple times!! After an argument he goes back to his car and looks at the receipt. ???? Why did he not have the receipt with him at my door? The only answer I have is that he was trying to milk an extra three dollars from me... How many others has this guy done this to? I must have spent at least three hundred dollars so far this year here and they just lost a good customer over a lousy three dollars...with all that is going on, how can one of the few businesses that is delivering allow this to go on. When I called to inform them they did not care....I hope anyone who reads this review refuses to give them any more business.

Terrible don't go there. Ordered off the menu got my dish not what I expected. I was willing to pay and take it home. The owner rudely stated something about ingredients on the menu so I checked and I informed.him of the mistake he got load and rude. How dare you treat a customer like that. Never again poor service gross food

My pasta was horrible and over cooked the sauce was old not fresh the garlic was soggy in the sauce and the garlic bread was made on a roll and so greasy and oily it was dripping with oil when u bit into it and it was on a roll not even italian bread just gross

The people here are rude and full of themselves. Not welcoming at all. Glad my daughter puked all over their floor and THEY cleaned most of it up!! No one even asked if my little girl was ok after she puked up their food!! Plus they are over priced. All the food is fake italian food! ! Go to CARLOS or 2 brothers much much better pizza

Pizza crust and sauce are good. Husband request of thicker crust is accommodated. Small dining area. Can get very busy. Menu offers sandwiches, Italian fare. Parking on site. Handicap as well. Friendly staff.

if i could give this place 0 stars i would. first off they messed up my order and when i got it my pizza looked like the delivery guy dropped it . and when i called to tell them about the mistakes and the lady on the argued and told me she put the order in how i said to. and put the delivery guy on the phone and he gave me a huge attitude about how my pizza was on the floor of his car and he never dropped it just giving a huge attitude instead of trying to make it right. and finally after arguing with them for 10 minutes they offered me a new pizza and by this time you think i want your pizza so you can spit in my food? no thank you. i don't even think the food here is great. its mediocre at best.

Only 5 starts so people can see this review first. Extremely rude. Wings are horrible. Ordered a large order of wings well done. Got them soggy and not to mention they tasted like I ordered them from Dominoes. Asked for a refund and was refunded for a small order instead of a large. Said something about it and got my large refund but was kicked out even after I said I had no problem ever coming back. As a first responder this is the worst experience I’ve had anywhere. Will NEVER come again.

Had the pizza once it was a decent slice but this is my grandparents favorite pizza

I'm new to Jackson and this was the first restaurant that I tried, glad I did! The food is second to none. I ordered seafood vodka (special on the menu) and my wife ordered the classic, chicken parm. The price is reasonable for the portions you receive and really like how you get a salad and pasta with the entree. The place is pretty clean but the staff completed my experience. Both the young girl and the young man working the front were extremely courteous and greeted me as soon as I entered the restaurant. Overall would recommend!

Pizza specials not consistent or honored without coupon. Plenty of other competitive pizzarias. Food not authentic Italian.

Stopped in here a couple times for slices and every time the woman with the long black ponytail touches whatever food you want with her bare hands, fondles it, then proceeds to touch money and cards. She repeatedly does this to each customer who comes in. Is it too hard to wear plastic gloves when touching customers food?? Will not be coming back until the hygiene in here improves.

I got a Sicilian special it wad cold, not cut, the red onions were not cook all, and neither were the peppers, I tried to tell the owner and he basicly called me liar and told me "no one else complained" they lost a customer.
